Classical Lissencephaly: A Case Report
Abstract
Classical lissencephaly is a rare cause of intractable seizures in infancy. Here, we report a 2 months old male baby with failure to thrive, refractory seizures, spasticity and characteristic facies including prominent forehead, bitemporal hollowing, anteverted nostril, prominent upper lip and micrognathia. CT brain showed typical agyria.Â
